Worst dentist I’ve ever been too!! Extremely rude. Told him I did not like the crowns he put on my front teeth. He put them in crooked, Even the color was terrible! He said he would show me the before pictures and after. I waited. He left the building!!! I asked where he went and the billing lady said he left!!!! He wasn’t even finished with me! I never agreed with what he gave me!! Guess I hurt his pride by not being satisfied with his poor work!! I tell everyone to avoid this place! Go see Dr. Castro in Chester, Va!!! You will not be disappointed!! Way better than this arrogant, pushy dentist!

AWWWWFUL CARE!!!!!!! THEY STOPPED TAKING MY INSURANCE, WITHOUT ANY NOTICE THEY CANCELLED MY APPT FOR A NECESSARY PROCEDURE!!!! THEY TOLD ME I HAD NO CAVITIES IN MY LAST APPT BUT I COULD LOOK SEE THEM IN THE MIRROR, NOW THEY JUST GOT WORSE BC THEY DIDNT DO THE PROCEDURES THEY COMMITTED TO EARLIER!!!!!!!! I WAS SOOOO LET DOWN BC THEY COME ACROSS AS CARING BUT THATS ONLY WHEN THEY HAVE THE MONEY IN THEIR HANDS!!!!

Monica is amazing at what she does. She’s quick, fastidious, and always handles things with a positive disposition; it exudes a lot quite sanable imo. You can tell she really cares about giving good service, and it shows in the way she treats people. She makes everything feel smooth and easy, and it honestly makes a big difference.
