Okay so where do I start I was recommended these people because they accept Medicade They constantly tried to upsell me thing that wasn't so bad DO NOT GO HERE THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MEDICADE The main dentist will not hold himself accountable to his mistakes He installed a crown wrong in my wife's mouth it doesn't sit properly it hurts daily and it collects food all the time On top of that all of my fill ins cross over on other teeth and now I am unable to floss When I call you guys you send me to voice mail and never call back so I'm going to report you guys on everything for your poor practice

I’ve been a loyal patient here for quite some time and have had multiple treatments done, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I’ve had work in progress on my teeth, and when I called to confirm my upcoming appointments, I was suddenly told they no longer take my insurance with no warning, no apology, and no suggestions for another provider. Just simply, “We no longer take your insurance.” I wasn't going to say anything but after this weekend ER visit due to extreme tooth pain I decided I should. I am now in significant pain because a new dentist evaluated my tooth and confirmed that the root canal I received here in May was not cleaned or filled properly. Because the infection wasn’t fully removed, the tooth has reinfected and now requires retreatment. It is now November, and I should not have to pay out of pocket to fix an issue that resulted from incomplete treatment at this office. Also, during past visits, I have overheard former employees speaking negatively about the practice, which I brushed off at the time, but now it makes me question the consistency and communication within the office. I genuinely used to love this practice, but this situation has left me disappointed, in pain, and looking for answers. I truly hope this can be resolved, because patients deserve transparency, accountability, and proper follow-through on treatment plans.

Made an appointment last night online, and was in the dentist office today. The staff Monica and Candace were great! It felt as if I had been going there for years. Dr. Khan was very nice and informative.
