Absolutely AVOID going to this office. Went a few times and each time was unpleasant in one way or another. One time, one of the hygienists talked badly about Dr. Khan the whole duration of my appointment each time he walked away. She talked about how unprofessional he was and how she was trying to get him to fire her. EACH time I went, they were behind but this last time was it for me. I showed up to my appointment right on time and sat waiting with my 5 month old baby for 35 minutes and had never been called back to be treated. I asked Monica (front desk) multiple times how much longer and she kept telling me it wouldn’t be much longer. Finally, after 35 minutes, she asked if I wanted to just reschedule. I drove 30 minutes there and sat for 35 in the waiting room and then was asked if I wanted to reschedule. I told her this was not okay and that if I was the one 35 minutes late, they would’ve canceled my appointment and charged me. They were inconsiderate of my time and so unprofessional. I will NEVER return. Not to mention… Dr. Khan made my two front teeth uneven (not sure how) so I’ll have to get that corrected else where now.
