I cannot rate this dentist office highly enough. Starting with the front desk, the experience was EXCELLENT from start to finish, even though they had to deliver news I didn’t want to hear due to the a failed dental procedure I received at another dental office. If I had gone there from the start, I am certain that they would have been able to fix the problems I had from the start without the nightmare that I’ve been left with from the other office. I can’t stress enough how important it is to not settle for dental care that doesn’t seem right or up to par because GOOD dental care does exist. Skip every other place and go straight to Radiance if you want great care. Above all, the customer service is EXCELLENT.
